Why mindset qualities are important / Demonstrating key mindset qualities




Why is it important to employers
Honesty
So that they can trust their employees with important matters of the business, therefore they can rely on the employee to take on higher roles and more responsibilities. This develops the relationship between employer and employee.
Commitment
So they can count on their employees to get the job done when needed and also they can trust that their employees that they be loyal to the business and employer.
Flexibility
Ensures when, where and how a person will work to better meet individual and business needs. Flexibility should be mutually beneficial to both the employer and employee.
Accountability
If the employee is accountable it would mean that they are mature, therefore demonstrating they have a sensible mindset at work. Thus they will take full responsibility that they make and react to difficult situation in a moral and respectful manner.

Honesty
Never lie about anything and keep confidential business matters confidential.
Commitment
Always do what is expected and what is promised.
Flexibility
If the business has trouble with staffing at a busy hour you should go to help and show that you can be flexible to fit changed circumstances.
Accountability
Always react maturely to certain situations in the work place and be respectful to colleagues, the employer and anyone associated with the business.
