How mindset affects employability / Improving my mindset



How you would feel
Dishonest
That I would not be able to trust them and I would also feel betrayed because when you employ someone you expect them to be honest as an unsaid agreement due to the fact that you give them the opportunity to work at the firm.
Uncommitted
I would feel that it wouldn't be necessary for the employee to work at the firm as they wouldn't be attentive and they would be disloyal to the company.  
Inflexible
They wouldn't be willing to shape their routine to the companies needs, therefore proving their lack of commitment to the job.
Unaccountable
They weren't mature enough to fit in the the work environment and that I would have to let them go.

Improving my mindset


How to improve
Honest
Never lie about anything, be open and truthful.
Committed
Always try and live up to promises made.
Flexible
Show that i am willing to give up free time to work.
Accountable
Always take responsibility for my own actions.
